- Business Plan
- Often written to attract capital investment, a "Business Plan" is a document that details the past, present and future plans of a person's (or a company's) business initiative.

- Contingency
- Contingency clause in a contract states that any conditions that the buyer or seller must meet before a purchase transaction can be completed.

- A Contract is an agreement between two or more parties.
- EWCP
- EWCP is an abbreviation of "Export Working Capital Program." Designed to encourage lenders to offer export working capital loans to businesses, EWCP provides repayment guarantees for up to $1 million or 90%% of a loan amount -whichever is less.
- Market Cap
- Market Cap (or Cap) is an abbreviation of "Market capitalization." It is the total value of a company in the stock market -as determined by multiplying the number of shares outstanding by the current stock price.
